Full job description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team at Career Line Academy, located at YMCA, Crossroad. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts across platforms. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content that engages audiences and drives brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Manage and update social media profiles and pages.
  • Respond to customer queries and comments on social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide reports on results.
  • Collaborate with other departments (design, content, etc.) to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of visual content.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns on social media (optional but preferred).
  • Location: Must be based near YMCA, Crossroad or willing to commute.
